Ongoing Evaluation / Daily Teaching Plans

Evaluation is an integral part of my teaching, creating a continuous feedback loop at the end of each class to measure progress and refine my instructional plans to match student needs.

To comprehensively assess multiple language skills, I use a diverse mix of level-appropriate tools:

  • Written & Analytical: Homework assignments, quizzes, and short-answer questions.
  • Spoken & Conversational: Role-plays and dialogues.
  • Reading Fluency: Guided reading exercises and rapid reading activities.

Every lesson is thoughtfully planned to create a structured, engaging, and meaningful learning experience. Each class begins with clearly defined learning objectives that align with students’ proficiency levels and long-term goals. From there, I introduce carefully selected vocabulary, grammar, cultural themes, and practical language functions that build a strong foundation for communication.

Learning comes to life through interactive activities such as discussions, role-playing, guided practice, and real-world conversations that encourage students to actively use the language. To support different learning styles, I incorporate a variety of teaching materials, including textbooks, digital resources, and authentic cultural content. Throughout each lesson, I assess student progress through conversations, exercises, quizzes, and observations, allowing me to adapt my instruction to meet individual needs. Every class concludes with purposeful homework designed to reinforce new concepts, encourage independent practice, and help students continue building confidence beyond the classroom.
